Cat’s music is played at half hourly intervals throughout the show and Cats interview begins at 1:01:30 into the programme.

This week on *Chatting with Kizzy*, Karen was joined by Paula Mitten and Cat Catalyst for a wide-ranging conversation about 5G, EMFs, planning policy, smart meters, AI and the wider technological landscape many of us feel is being imposed on daily life. Paula brought her experience from local government and environmental health to explain how masts are approved, why she believes the planning system is flawed, and what residents can do if a mast appears in their area. We also touched on the concerns she raised around schools, wildlife, trees, farming, smart devices and the cumulative effect of living in what she described as an “electrosmog”.

In the second half, Cat Catalyst joined us to explore the same themes from a more spiritual and philosophical angle, speaking about resonance, consciousness, the human biofield and how inner coherence may matter just as much as external resistance. We also discussed Cat’s AI-assisted music, whether technology can ever be used in service of something humane, and the tension between rejecting harmful systems whilst still trying to understand and repurpose the tools they produce. It was a thought-provoking and, at times, mind-bending conversation that challenged the official story on technology, health and the future we are being asked to accept.
