Sacred Mirror

'One' by Alex Grey

‘One’ by Alex Grey

Being a ‘sacred mirror’

Is being able to see the God and the good

In all people

FIRST

So that ones sponsoring thought towards another, each other

Is always Loving

As a reflection of ones own self-love and self-care

Which can then be extended to all beings, all creatures and all plant life

In order to become co-curators and protectors of our beautiful Planet Earth

For we are all holographic fragments of the ‘All There Is’

And the All There Is

Is One Love….

Even if you can’t see it, or feel it, that’s what you are

A little piece of Love

And opening to this understanding

Opens one up to self-compassion

In turn opens one to Universal-compassion

And is ones true purpose for being here

To open to ones divine-loving-human-potential

In spite of how one might feel about oneself right now

In spite of what other people may have done

For the forgiving of ignorance, either of others, or ones own

Is all about letting go

Letting go of past judgements and condemnation

Letting go in the spirit of forgiveness

Makes room for a new improved reality

Keeps one free from buying into negativity

From being sucked in, from limiting oneself

And this is the real meaning of ‘turning the other cheek

Forgiveness is choosing the path of Love over all other paths

Rising above the lower emotions to honour the call of compassion, no matter what

Because no one is a sheep, everyone is as unique as a snow flake, a leaf, a finger print

A part of the abundant-infinite, God-source of all creation, with the gift of choice and free will

To choose ‘Love‘, to follow the ‘divine’ example

For life on this amazing Planet is our mother/father God Source’s gift of Love to Us

So Love yourself, Love each other and Love the Planet

Enjoy, share in the care, and give thanks everyday

Is the only way

Soul Musing

I observe, witness, hundreds and thousands of young skinny sinuous souls

Being stretched beyond the misshapen limits of human endurance

And beyond all recognition

With no choice but to succumb

To the false allure of the commercial social arts

Integrity to oneself forsaken

Instead seduced by advertising aesthetics

Over night ‘Business’ became the next patron-saint of myths and liars

With hospitality, development, advertising, entertainment and the media industries

Forever licking at the loins of hyper-reality

Continuously spitting out careless children

New generations speaking in phantom tongues

Mimicking misplaced brand name identities

Infused with patented copyright-protected DNA

Unable to unlock the code of self-obsession

Surgically inserted keyhole addictions

A necessary requirement of urban survival

To cope with the harsh light of truth

Unbearable crisis of reality

*

Still no answers to the question: Why are we here?

Only faith in a million different illusions, distractions

Resistances to uncomfortable emotions

Unsettling unavailable solutions

Access denied to peoples hearts, the truth

So just keep compromising, compromising

Getting older, weaker, less determined, less rebellious

Just keep compromising until the day you die

Cant buy me love, can’t buy your love

Can’t buy my way through emotional unavailability

Not even with genuine soul-love, kindness and compassion

A ‘Still born’ potential that can never penetrate

The self-righteous granite crust

Of an unforgiving heart

*

So smile on sweet child of destiny

Smile upon the path of the chosen-one

For every path is chosen

We may feel as if we are stuck

On the semantic loop of hysterical neurosis

Rising from the ashes

Of Eden’s Utopian promise of hope

Hope for a better future

A better future that doesn’t exist in a fictional world

Built upon the dust of our ancestors dreams

They were beguiled to believe in and follow

The self-perpetuating illusion of faith

Inducing false hope to numb the pain

For what else is there to believe in

Now that God the father, the son and the holy ghost

Does not exist anymore?

Merely a concept, a fable, a myth

An illusion, a mirage, a lie

Invented by the Romans to pacify the people

*

Don’t believe in the man made consumerist throw-away society

Flesh eating garden of desires and lower natures

Turn and walk away, turn the other cheek

Believe in the one love, the one truth, the one soul inside

Sweet child of destiny, YOU are the chosen-one

Chosen to see through the illusion

To lead and guide our tired mutated souls

Back to Zion, to sanctuary, to rest

Zion (Hebrew : ; Tiberian vocalization ציון :Ṣiyyôn; transliterated
Zion or Sion) In Kabbalah the more esoteric reference is made
to Zion[1] being the spiritual point from which reality emerges,
and later became a metonym for the
Promised Land to come.
